Looking for an accompanist?

  • $700/semester

    Semester-long commitment beginning the week of 9/1/24.

    Includes all lessons, studios, area, convo, jury, and up to six (6) rehearsals over the course of the semester.

    Extra rehearsals are charged at $30/rehearsal.

    Billed $175 monthly September-December (or all up front if that’s convenient).

    This flat rate includes all lessons, studios, unlimited rehearsals, area, convo, recital hearing, dress rehearsal, and recital.

    Reduced rate if I’m not performing all the rep on the recital (per situation basis).

    Fee spread evenly across the semester, $187.50/month (or all up front if that’s convenient).

    *Recording rate includes time spent both practicing and producing recording takes. For stand-alone/one-time collaboration recordings, minimum fee is $35/recording.

  • If a rate is truly outside what you can reasonably afford, please don’t hesitate to talk to me about it, and we’ll discuss a more workable pricing/payment arrangement.

Collaboration Policy

🗓️ Scheduling

  • In the event of illness, cancellation by the instructor, or emergencies - lessons or rehearsals may be rescheduled or made up with a rehearsal (at no additional charge) depending on my availability. Let me know ASAP if you need to cancel.

  • If I have to miss a lesson, we can schedule an extra rehearsal (at no additional charge) anytime in the semester to make up for it.

  • No-shows and lessons cancelled by the student for any other reason than listed above with > 24 hour notice will not be refunded or made up.

  • I am available for lessons and rehearsals Wednesdays & Thursdays.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to schedule make up lessons and rehearsals. You will be invoiced for the full month’s rate regardless of whether you take this opportunity.

💳 Billing

  • Invoices are sent via email through Stripe at the beginning of the month and are due by the end of the month.

📞 Communication

  • Email clear & legible PDFs of music to stuartevanspiano@gmail.com, text them to me, or airdrop them to me at lesson/studio.
