Collaboration Policy

🗓️ Scheduling

  • In the event of illness, cancellation by the instructor, or emergencies - lessons or rehearsals may be rescheduled or made up with a rehearsal (at no additional charge) depending on my availability. Let me know ASAP if you need to cancel.

  • If I have to miss a lesson, we can schedule an extra rehearsal (at no additional charge) anytime in the semester to make up for it.

  • No-shows and lessons cancelled by the student for any other reason than listed above with > 24 hour notice will not be refunded or made up.

  • I am available for lessons and rehearsals Wednesdays & Thursdays.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to schedule make up lessons and rehearsals. You will be invoiced for the full month’s rate regardless of whether you take this opportunity.

💳 Billing

  • Invoices are sent via email through Stripe at the beginning of the month and are due by the end of the month.

📞 Communication

  • Email clear & legible PDFs of music to stuartevanspiano@gmail.com, text them to me, or airdrop them to me at lesson/studio.
